Connecting The Dots, and Redemption

Connecting the racist and imperial dots is perhaps the most difficult thing for America; it has a memory like a sieve. The settlement of America required the genocide of the Native American and the enslavement of the African American. American foreign policy has consistently replicated this pattern of settler colonialism based on chauvinism and jingoism.
The “eternal support” of Jewish fascism is but an extension of the same devotion to racial and cultural militarism which was abundantly demonstrated in the war against Vietnam and many other instances, especially in the Terror Wars of the last twenty plus years.
But can Americans connect the dots of colonial/ imperial hubris and genocide- and ecocide? Evidently not.
The incessant war mongering of America is perhaps its single most distinguishing feature. It is devoted to the energy of Ares, the god of war and technology, wonderfully depicted in the film Superwoman.
America’s redemption lies through the repudiation of machismo, the false masculinity of aggression. Its redemption lies through eros, that is, genuine relationship. Superwoman found her strength and power in the love of another- and this allowed her to slay Ares. America will no doubt be saved by women. Women are devoted to relationship and the continuance of life infinitely more than the machismo of conquest and profit. The energy of America will be redirected away from competition and toward love when the shakti of America is awakened.
The awakening of this shakti is assured. It is an accomplished fact in the sacrifice of Mehera for her beloved, Avatar Meher Baba. On this day in 1952 she, Meher Baba and others were in a horrible car accident in Prague, Oklahoma. Her skull was crushed, but she survived, as did Baba and the others. For the rest of her life she bore the scar of sacrifice on her forehead to the Avatar, her eternal beloved.
Meher Baba years before had said, “America is crying out for my blood.” And on May 24th, 1952 his and Mehera’s blood flowed on American soil. He also said, “the machine broke my bones  that the backbone of the machine age be broken”.
Thus will the Avatar and his shakti bring an end to the Kali Yuga, the Machine Age.
